Compass Group has been selected as a \u201c2026 World\u2019s Most Ethical Companies\u00ae\u201d honoree by Ethisphere, a U.S.-based global authority on corporate ethics.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cWorld\u2019s Most Ethical Companies\u00ae\u201d is an award given following an assessment based on more than 240 criteria, including transparency, integrity, and ethics and compliance. In 2026, 138 companies from 40 industries across 17 countries worldwide were recognized, and only two companies, including Compass Group, were selected from the foodservice industry.<\/p>\n

Compass Group provides approximately 5.5 billion meals annually across more than 25 countries and regions around the world and employs approximately 590,000 people, continuing every day to deliver high-quality services and value to its customers as one of the world\u2019s largest contract foodservice companies.<\/p>\n

This recognition reflects the evaluation of Compass Group\u2019s continuous efforts across the entire group that place importance on ethics and integrity. Compass Group Japan, which operates its business in Japan, will also continue to ensure that each and every employee complies with these standards and engages in daily business activities based on the groupwide Code of Business Conduct and Human Rights Policy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
