We have been contracted to operate the employee cafeteria at the head office of Sumitomo Corporation since July 2023, and the cafeteria, which has undergone renovations, has now grown into a facility that boasts a high eating rate, with approximately 50% of employees using it. In this article, we will report on the company’s ingenuity and commitment to creating attractive menus, such as the popular \u201cGram Deli,\u201d which allows employees to choose what they want and how much they want, menus using sustainable ingredients, menus that support natural disaster relief efforts, and a wide variety of boxed meals, as well as its flexible management methods to meet user needs. The report also details the cooperative relationship between Sumitomo Corporation and Compass.<\/p>\n
